To join Merrell Loyalty Club, create a Merrell NZ customer account and you will automatically become part of our program. Or you can join by using our loyalty program widget by clicking 'Check Rewards' on the bottom left of your screen.

Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend online* or in-store. Each time you spend, you will receive an email with your updated loyalty points balance. There are also plenty of other ways to earn loyalty points under the earn tab of your loyalty profile, including following us on Instagram, referring friends and completing your profile. Use your loyalty points to redeem rewards, or save them up to unlock even more exciting rewards.

You can check your balance and rewards anytime by clicking 'Check Rewards' on the left side of our website. In this popup you can see your points balance and select which reward you want to spend your points on. You can click on a reward, and you will see a "claim rewards" button appear. When you click the claim rewards button you will receive a code that can be entered at checkout

Each time you shop online, you will receive an email with your updated loyalty points balance. From here, you can click through to your loyalty profile, where you can redeem rewards.

When you have enough points to unlock a reward, you'll be able to redeem it for a unique discount code through the 'Check Rewards' tab in the bottom left corner.

You can use your reward during checkout. Simply copy and paste your unique discount code into the discount field and click 'Apply'. Note: you can only use one discount code per order. Or if you would like to use your reward in-store, just let one of our staff know at the counter.

Merrell Loyalty Club points expire after 1 year of inactivity. To prevent your points from expiring you can earn points or spend points and your points will extend for another year.

Merrell NZ reserves the right to modify Merrell Loyalty club or cancel discounts at any time.

Discounts can only be redeemed once.

If you redeem your discount for a purchase less than the full value of the coupon, the balance of the discount is not redeemable on another purchase.

If you return any of the items purchased with a discount, the discount value will be subtracted from the return credit.
