To help ensure your order arrives in time for Christmas:
Place your order by December 16th. 

Orders placed after December 16th are unlikely to arrive before Christmas

Holiday Shutdown
Our team will be taking a well-earned break from December 19th to January 5th. Any orders placed during this time will be processed and begin shipping from January 6th.

We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to shop early to avoid holiday delays.

 

New Zealand

We offer free shipping on all online orders over $199. All orders under $199 will incur a $10 shipping fee.

Orders will be processed within 1-2 working days. Please note that during sale and holiday periods there may be delays due to higher demand. 

We estimate that you should have your delivery within 5-7 working days from dispatch. Rural deliveries may take an additional 2-3 days. If your delivery is late or you are concerned, please contact our customer service team.

*Please note: We cannot ship your order to a PO BOX address. All deliveries are signature required unless you have given us authority to leave your parcel.
